Our return policy lasts 14 days, this begins the day after you receive your goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your rights to return incorrect or faulty goods.

In the event that you are provided with an incorrect or faulty item, we must be notified of this within 14 days, after the day you receive your goods.

Items which have been ordered specifically for your order, may incur a restocking fee. This will be determined at the time of return or exchange.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide correct and accurate sizes for all products at the point of ordering. Where items do not fit or are not compatible, a restocking fee will be deducted from your order. This will be determined at the time of return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Some items, such as toilet seats, will not be accepted for exchange or refund if they have been removed from the the plastic packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase when requested.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted as per the stores discretion:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item not having it's original packaging. 

All items must be throughly inspected before installation and any issues must be raised with us before items are installed. We cannot be held responsibly for any costs or charges relating to the install or replacement of faulty goods.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items are eligible to be refunded. Unfortunately, certain clearance/sale items cannot be refunded and are sold as seen.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For all other circumstances, an exchange may be offered, subject to a restocking fee, at the stores discretion.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within several days.

If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your account or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery fees are only eligible for refund if your items are incorrect or faulty.

You will be responsible for returning your item to store, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. In some instances, we may offer to collect such items, in which case a return collection fee may be deducted from your refund. This will be agreed with you prior to collection.

Exchange items will be sent out once we have received the original item back in an acceptable condition.
